We want you to buy Equinoia only after you know it works for you. That's why every feature is free, with no time limit, for up to 100 references before you pay anything. And if you still change your mind after buying, you get your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

If you're not happy with Equinoia for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you will get a full refund. You don't have to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

• Email mentanole@outlook.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order number.
• If your order receipt has a refund or support link from the reseller who processed your payment, you can use that instead.

What happens next

• We reply within 3 business days and approve the refund.
• The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
• After a refund your license key is no longer valid, and you agree to stop using it. Your libraries and files stay on your computer and are never deleted.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are not guaranteed, but if something is clearly wrong (for example, you were charged twice, or the app does not run on your computer and we can't fix it), write to us and we will sort it out.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of your country, and nothing here limits them.
